Job descriptionIf your ambition is to join a fast-growing dynamic team working in a challenging environment if you are passionate about sales have a positive attitude are energetic and have a winner spirit then do not miss this unique opportunity to become our new Medical Sales Representative for the Diabetes and Rare diseases therapy area for Novo Nordisk Iraq This is an exciting opportunity to join Novo Nordisk as Medical Sales Representative based in Erbil Iraq and reports to the District Sales Manager and representing Novo Nordisk s vision values and commitment in daily contact with customers Apply today and join us for a life-changing career The positionFor this position as a Medical Representative you have to be based in Erbil and covering Sulaymaniyah for private and public sector and you will be responsible for maintaining a classified list of customers Physicians Hospitals etc that you will visit on a scheduled manner You will promote the products to the targeted group and make sure that the physician gets full knowledge of the product You will maintain good relations with the hospitals physicians and pharmacies You will participate in conferences held locally for the benefit of the product You will facilitate the order process among pharmacies warehouses and distributors You will continuously update product knowledge on promotional material and articles to ensure and maintain the highest standard of sales representation You will report customer complaints and adverse events according to NN procedure Living Novo Nordisk values and applying Novo Nordisk way in daily work we never compromise on Quality and Business EthicsQualificationsWe expect you to be holding a bachelor s degree in Pharmacy and is registered before the pharmacist of the syndicate in Iraq You also have 0-4 years of experience in sales within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry You have excellent command over both written and spoken English and Arabic and Kurdish will be a plus Excellent communication and negotiation skills and willingness to travel internally and externally To be effective in this role it is mandatory to have Intermediate computer skills required Windows Word Excel prior computer experience using sales data call reporting software ideal Must be a self-starter and be able to evaluate options and make decisions on your own with minimal supervision Proven leadership and decision-making ability Attitude for learning and ability to communicate technical and scientific product and disease management information as well as a value proposition for the product s under the responsibility Proactivity accountability and openness to challenges will be key to delivering on plans nbsp
