Must have thorough knowledge of power transformer manufacturing processShould be well versed in the different coil winding techniques used in power transformersAbility to read winding drawings is a mustShould be familiar with the core lamination cutting and stacking processes.
Should be thorough with the process of core & coil assembly as well as challenges posed by the sameShould be familiar with vacuum type OLTC and its connectionShould be familiar with the drying process in vapor phase drying plantKnowledge of vacuum and pressurization techniques used in power transformers is a mustShould have knowledge in assembly procedures, safety procedures and assembly instruments and tools applicable for power transformer industryShould maintain the shop floor discipline, maintain tidy assembly line and factory environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skillsTeam Attitude, eager to cooperate with othersKnowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage
