This role is in charge of monitoring child care providers to ensure that they are following all laws, regulations, and procedures. This job is also responsible for conducting monitoring visits and making recommendations to Team Leads on the approval or denial of registration applications or renewals of child care homes and centers within the allocated counties and caseload.

Qualifications:
• Implements the center's educational philosophy by co-planning suitable learning activities for groups of children based on their age, size, composition, and other factors.
• The inspector's goal is to make child care providers aware of any issues and explain why they need to be remedied, as well as present a plan for how to go about addressing those problems and when they should be fixed.
• Children's care laws can only be enforced when all players in the sector work together to ensure restricted collaboration in a specific region.
• Allow for night and weekend health and safety inspections if necessary.
• Social workers collaborate with investigators to look into and record any claims of abuse, neglect, or misbehavior.
• In partnership with the division and the information technology group, maintains data on child care registration.
• Creating a growth-promoting environment that encourages self-confidence, trust, and respect for others.
• Specifies whether new applications for child care providers should be allowed or rejected, as well as whether existing registration should be cancelled, and makes recommendations to the state.
• Monitors compliance with state and federal rules and regulations by inspecting and evaluating current and planned child care providers.
• Provides technical assistance to child care facility owners by conducting training, responding to inquiries, and supplying information pertaining to child care.

Skills:
• It is critical to be able to effectively communicate information to groups of managers, consumers, directors, and members of the general public, as well as to respond to enquiries.
• It is necessary to have a master's degree or the equivalent of 36 credit hours of post-baccalaureate academic study. Four years of management or teaching experience in an educational program, or association with one, is required.
• Knowledge of child care programs and the Child Care Resource and Referral Service, as well as previous experience dealing with low-income families, are also highly desirable qualifications.
• To be successful in this field, it is essential to be able to read, assess, and comprehend general business publications as well as technical procedures and regulatory requirements, among other things.
• It is necessary to have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
