Qualifications:
• We need to create, produce, and manage animations that bring our game world to life in order to give an engaging and exciting gaming experience. New animations may be created from scratch in order to support and expand on existing character movement sets.
• Create animation assets alongside character artists, system designers, and engineers. Design character animation pipelines with technical teams.
• Independent problem-solving is crucial. Express your creative ideas and follow the aesthetic direction. Deformations, procedural modeling, and animation are needed.
• Customization is possible for provider-provided rigging and weights. Art and engineering must cooperate to solve animation and rigging challenges.
• The creative director, the graphic designer, and others must collaborate to produce the final result. This may be accomplished via the use of storyboards, live action film, and 3D blocking.
• If you're working within the technical constraints of mobile games, you may rig and skin characters rapidly, allowing you to generate convincing and acceptable character animations from a variety of intellectual properties.
• Create accurate representations of the clothes and hair that characters wear, for instance. Putting the finishing touches on the shot work by developing simulations and animations for the cloth. Creatively resolving problems is one way to accomplish art direction for a photograph.
• Maya is a wonderful option when it comes to animation. Observe established file management, project management, and version control standards while collaborating with the director on the animation style of the program.
• Get new knowledge and skills by doing regular research on the industry, evaluating products, and getting training on how to use the latest computer software. Treat your teammates with respect and kindness at all times.
• Self-assess progress and use time management and production monitoring tools to fulfill deadlines. Effectively communicate with creative and production personnel and colleagues

Skills:
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required, with a preference given to those with backgrounds in computer science, computer graphics, or computer animation (Recent graduates considered).
• Quickly rigged and animated two-dimensional figures with a stylish look by a professional animator who has two years of competence in the industry.
• Demonstrate classical animation concepts and basics, as well as visual/technical animation dynamics understanding. He has extensive experience in game animation and can create high-quality animations using a variety of approaches and artistic options.
• A thorough grasp of cinematic staging, blocking, cinematography, and editing is helpful.
• It takes 1-3 years of experience to create pre-visualizations, layouts, and characters for computer-generated animations. The ability to work with Maya is a bonus, but I have a strong interest in rough layout and a passion for telling stories
