Responsibilities & QualificationsRESPONSIBILITIESDemonstrated ability for oral and written communication with the highest levels of management;Demonstrated project management experience.Demonstrated excellence in planning, directing, and managing emergency management, exercise planning, and COOP projects/operations.Demonstrated successful working knowledge and supervision of employees of various labor categories and skills in efforts similar in size and scope as referenced under this project.Knowledge of industry accepted standards and best practices related to emergency management, exercise planning, and COOP operations.Demonstrated experience in online training platforms such as Adobe and Webex, be proficient in Microsoft systems.Experience managing performance-based programs. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in implementing emergency management, exercise planning, and COOP operation plans.Excellent writing, communication, and time management skills.A Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) degree.Must have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience working in an emergency management, exercise planning, and COOP operations environment similar in size (or larger) and scope to this project.Must be a Certified Emergency Manager (CEM) or Associate Emergency Manager (AEM)(similar certifications may be considered).PMP or equivalent certification preferredUS Citizen We are seeking a Lead Analyst to join our proposal on the OSEPC Independent Program Analysis. The United States Senate (Senate), Office of the Sergeant at Arms (SAA) is seeking professional services to provide a review of existing SAA Office of Security and Emergency Preparedness and Continuity (OSEPC) life safety and Continuity of Operations (COOP) programs, emergency supplies, exercise planning, and preparedness training and documentation (collectively referred to as “OSEPC Program” or “Program”) and to identify any gaps that exist in resources and planning. The review and recommendations provided under this engagement will inform the SAA about recommended changes to the various OSEPC programs.The safety and health of our employees is of the utmost importance.
