Job Summary:

Bureau Veritas is seeking a Sustainability Project Manager with Key Account Management experience and strong knowledge of sustainability practices to join our team in the Middle East region. You will be based in Riyad, but part of a global network of sustainability professionals delivering high value, complex projects to global companies. You will work primarily with key accounts to understand their sustainability needs and develop sustainable solutions to meet those needs. To join our team, you need to have a proven track record in key account management, sustainability as well as experience working in the GCC region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts in the Middle East region.
• Oversee the delivery of projects in the role of a Project Manager.
• In the role of a Project Manager, be responsible for client relationships, including identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and resolving issues.
• Conduct sustainability assessments and audits to ensure compliance with sustainability standards and regulations.
• Stay up-to-date on sustainability trends and best practices and regulations in the Middle East region.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of sustainability solutions.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in key account management, project management and/or management consulting with a focus on sustainability.
• Proven track record of delivering sustainable solutions.
• Strong knowledge of sustainability practices, including sustainability standards and regulations.
• Experience conducting sustainability assessments and audits.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
• Knowledge of digital sustainability solutions preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in the petrochemical industry is a plus.
• English fluency and strong writing and presentation skills essential.
