NCE > SBU NCE Construction & Operations > Planning and Mobility
Planning and Mobility is a sub-department in NCE Construction & Operations. The Construction department is responsible for the safe installation of approximately 160 projects onshore and offshore every year.
The Planning and Mobility team has a high degree of communication with many stakeholders both on our on- and offshore construction sites and in the back-office. Especially your close colleagues in Aarhus, DK, Videbæk DK and Szczecin PL.
Responsibilities
• Resource planning of internal and external site personnel on offshore construction sites in close cooperation with Team Leaders, Managers the Project Team and planning colleagues
• Keep an overview of ongoing projects and ensure that the resources are planned appropriately
• Data maintenance in various programs e.g. project timelines, resources, etc.
• Ensure the plan is always up to date with current start and end dates
• Ensure mobility and training demands are met before resources travel on site
• Build and maintain a close collaboration with Mobility and Training Coordinators
• Coordinate intro plans for new hires in cooperation with line managers
Qualifications
• You will have an educational background within office administration
• Previous experience in the coordination of resources
• Proven experience of working in a busy team
• Confident MS Office use
• SAP/Primavera knowledge
• Fluent in English
