Job description
HVAC design basis, functional requirements and control/operational philosophies.
Heating and cooling calculations
System design and control philosophies. Sub systems with major capacities and utilities requirements.
HVAC flow sheets. The flow diagrams shall include major equipment and air volumes for the HVAC sub systems.
HVAC functional specification
HVAC P&ID’s and schematic.
HVAC load requirements
HVAC System Control Diagrams
HVAC calculations necessary to define equipment sizes and layouts.
HVAC control and electrical layout drawings.
Interface with Architectural and building services.
HVAC data sheets.
VAC material and workmanship specification
Equipment list with all the equipment required for HVAC.
Qualification
The job requires a deep understanding of physics and thermodynamics
Ability to use complex computer aided design (CAD)
Problem solving abilities
Systematic thinker and good organizational skills/ time management.
Strong personality with ability to be firm and persuasive without authority.
Team player within and across functions.
Sensitive to Client’s requirements and Client-focused.
Education: Bachelor degree in Engineering
Language skills: Russian and English are mandatory
Kazakh is advantageous
Professional experience: Min 10 years technical experience in Power and Oil & Gas Industry
