Your Challenge
As an Operations Technician, you will be reporting to the Production Supervisor. This fast-paced role allows the team member to grow and develop in different levels with the position while working in a team environment that focuses on warehouse support
Job Description
• Change overs
• Sleeve changes
• Back Tender
• Winder/unwinder
• Printer section
• Changing anvil blades
• Thrive in a fast paced, team environment that promotes on the spot troubleshooting
Skills & Qualifications
• Forklift experience preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• Safety training preferred
• Follow all safety guidelines and utilize all application PPE at all times
• Follow company policies, procedures, and work instructions
• Maintain positive attitude and co-operate with colleagues and management
• Ensure conformance to product specifications by completing all quality checks
• Work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime for the position
• Must be able to work 12 hour rotating shifts (either 6 days on, 2 off, OR 4 days on, 4 off); shifts will be primarily nights in the interim, with possibility of moving to days
