Role brief:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Manager to help tell Bboxx’s story and engage top talent in the market. This role will drive hiring efforts across our business, with a focus on Rwanda (Kigali), UK (London), Pakistan (Lahore) and supporting key roles in our Opco’s in Kenya, DRC, Nigeria, Togo, Rwanda, Burkina Faso, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Senegal and Mali. We are looking for someone who take a consultative and structured approach to recruiting and who knows how to partner with hiring managers to align TA processes and best practice to ensure that we on-board the top talent for our growing business.

About the role:
• You will be passionate about all things talent acquisition and be experienced with hiring for a wide variety of skill sets, able to communicate fluently in both English and French.
• Manage relationships with hiring managers to build hiring strategies and drive successful execution.
• Utilise your already established talent networks in the local markets to drive improvements in cost, time and quality of hire.
• Own and drive 12 - 18 active requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time.
• Identify, assess and present diverse talent pools through direct sourcing methods through LinkedIn searches, sourcing networks, and employee referrals.
• Coach & guide hiring managers to use best practices in hiring.
• Build and provide fit for purpose reporting via our Cornerstone Platform to Executive and Leadership
• Partner closely with HR, Hiring Managers and Corporate functions to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support.
• Advise the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs.
• Continually learn and grow with us, challenging the status quo, whilst you develop your talent career.
• Being an advocate for the use of technology in all thing’s talent acquisition is second nature to you and you will bring with you some phenomenal experience in building a talent process enabled by technology
