Job Description:
- Area mapping in Sumbagsel or Kalimantan & KYC for AIoT product
- Planning, executing, monitoring and reporting overall community activities through different channels in assigned areas
- Analyzing issues/opportunities including segmenting, farmers profiling, etc
- Managing, implementing, and evaluating program offline to online with potential farmers
- Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor degree
- Having experience working with fish & shrimp farmers would be an advantage
- Active in organizational activities and social media savvy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Google Sheet, Google Slide, Google Docs)
- Willing to work in field and also to be visiting all around Sumbagsel or Kalimantan
