The Director of Resort Operations maintains a close liaison with the Sales and Marketing Operations, Food & Beverage Operations, Interval International, Timeshare Owners Associations, Wholesalers, Travel Agents, Local Government Institutions, Trade Associations, Legal Advisors, Suppliers, External Contractors, Service Providers and other local and international entities in order to facilitate a smooth and continuous operation. Directly supervises Front Office Manager and some other Managers, with responsibilities including hiring and training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have the ability to lift items up to 40 pounds in weight.
Must possess finger dexterity to use small tools adeptly.
Must have a clear and detailed vision, day and night.
Must be stress resistant and in excellent health condition.
Must be capable to retain a lot of details to memory.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
HBO degree with major in hospitality management or comparable proven work experience.
At least 5 years of proven successful experience in similar top management function in timeshare.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English. Must be able to read and write simple lists, interoffice memorandums, and business correspondence
