An exciting opportunity to join this highly successful offshore practice, which is looking to recruit a corporate lawyer (3 +PQE) to join its team in the Cayman Islands.
You will have the opportunity to pick up a breadth of extremely interesting corporate work, including advising on PE, ECM, M&A, corporate reorganisations, and JV matters. You will join individuals recognised as leaders in the Cayman Islands, and work with high profile financial institutions, household name corporates and high-net-worth individuals.
