The Support Practice Group (“SPG”) is a large and growing group of diverse technical staff providing a broad range of technology support in various industry verticals as part of Kraft Kennedy’s Managed Services offering.

The Support Practice Group is seeking applicants for the full-time remote position of Training and Knowledge Coordinator
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern or Central Overview

This position primarily acts to gather, understand, and facilitate training and the sharing of knowledge throughout the SPG. This position reports to the Practice Group Leader and will work closely with co-workers, senior technical staff and other support staff in this collaborative, highly active, engaging environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Understand training needs for new and existing team members
• Partner with internal stakeholders regarding team members training needs
• Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps
• Organize, develop, and deliver/source training programs to meet specific training needs
• Liaise with subject matter experts regarding instructional design
• Develop training plans for individual team members
• Facilitate learning through available delivery methods and measure its effectiveness
• Provide feedback to team members and management
• Maintain team member training records
• Maintain relationships with external training suppliers
• Understand team knowledge repositories
• Work with stakeholders to maintain, standardize, and expand knowledge repositories
• Disseminate the availability of repositories throughout the team
Qualifications
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or a minimum of three years of related work experience.
• Very organized and detail oriented, with a high degree of accuracy and follow-up.
• Strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of training methodologies.
• Knowledge of and ability to produce detailed documentation.
Compensation

The base pay for this position has a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000. The actual salary offer will take into account a wide range of factors including the individual’s qualifications, experience as well as location. In addition, certain positions are eligible for bonuses or commissions.
