Adult Nurse – Community Based
Monday – Friday Days

Thornbury Community Services is looking for experienced specialist Adult Nurses to help support our client and their family. They live at home with family and siblings.
You would be accompanying them whilst they attend College, so must be available for day time shifts.
It’s important we find someone to interact and engage socially and to establish a rapport with our client.
You would be given access to the care plan, invited for a meet & greet, have shadow shifts and 24/7 contact with your Regional Clinical Lead as induction to the team and ongoing.
What are We Looking For?
• We are looking for someone who can commit a minimum of 1 shift a week
• An Adult Nurse ideally with ICU/HDU/CCU background Or specialist community care experience within the last 2 years
• 6 months experience of tracheostomy care within the last 18 months
• 12 months experience of ventilators within the last 2 years
