2nd line support analyst/Permanent/£38,000/Hybrid

We have 2nd line support roles working for a large reputable organisation on a permanent basis with a salary of up to £38,000 + company benefit, based in Poole, Telford or Wakefield.
As a 2nd Line Support you will be working in commercial enterprise providing desktop support to the end user dealing with 1st line support escalations as well as working on servers.
This is a hybrid role that that will include working shifts

You will need to be and have the following skills and experience
• Microsoft
• Active Directory / GPO
• Office 365 / Exchange
• VMware / Hyper-V
• DNS/DHCP/TCP/IP
• Networking
• Anti-Virus / Web Security
• Deployment (PC, tablet, peripherals, printers etc.)
• 2 years’ Experience working in a busy IT Helpdesk environment
• Able to work independently for routine activities and know when to escalate
• The use of everyday desktop software including word processing, spreadsheets, graphics.
• Remotely resolve issues
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Must pass security clearance

The successful candidate for the 2nd line Support Analyst will be offered a salary of up to £38,000 + company benefits.
