Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with vendor manager to ensure no item should exceed the deadline in vendor GR/IR account.
• Assist in balance sheet schedule follow up.
• Follow up with FinOps/CX on un-reconciled operational pass-through items in balance sheet.
• Support Cash and Bank team to clear open items.
• Follow up on cash advances and ensure no cash advance should exceed expected timeline.
• Review vendor payment terms and collaborate with team to update in SAP.
• Follow up with customer service team to ensure all customers’ NIF is updated in CMD/SAP
• Support month end closing activities.
Main Requirements:
• Freshly Graduated with a degree in Finance.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel, Word.
• Internships in the Finance department is an advantage.
• SAP knowledge is advantage
• Willing to study towards accounting qualifications/Part-Qualified.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English.
• Sensitive to cross cultural boundaries.
• Adherent to strict deadlines, and able to work under pressure.
• Able to work as part of a close team, as well as independently.
