The successful candidate within the Industrial and Environmental Business Manager Role will be based in Luanda, Angola and will be responsible for the following:To be Responsible for the Planning, Monitoring, Co-ordination, Supervision and Control of all operational and strategic activities of Industrial & Environmental Business (I&E).To Develop and implements Business Plans and Business Level Strategy for I&ETo grow the existing business via increasing sales and implementation from all the services available in the current I&E portfolio for new business where potential can be identified (Clients visits, Relationship management and support with / coordination of tenders for large projects);To Connect and integrate Angolan organisation to the The company's network;To be Responsible for the profitable growth of the departments under his control;To be Responsible for the proper management of the operational expenses and revenue growth for the business.To be Responsible for the Procurement, Management and Control of all operational logistics for the business units.To be Responsible for all the Marketing and Sales Activities.To be Responsible for the proper implementation of the budgets to achieve set targets;To Prepare and present monthly reports.To be Responsible for the approval and issuance of all Reports, Certificates and Invoices on all executed jobs for the departments under his scope.To be Responsible for the Quality Service Delivery of the Business Units;Training and development of all staff under his responsibility for the development of their knowledge and skills for effective professional service delivery with the support of the Human Resource Department;To be Responsible for the Management of the departments Administrative and Personnel issues with the support of Human Resource Department .To be Responsible for the maintenance of staff discipline as well as staff compliance to the administrative and operational procedures, Code of Integrity discipline and conduct.Work with The company's Affiliates globally, as and when necessary, in support of local and global projectsEstablish relationships with other I&E Managers within the network .Provide Business and technical support to the Southern Africa region to develop and implement business opportunities which may include South Africa, Mozambique, Zambia and others as may be identified and directed by the MD.And any others tasks related to the position or companyThe Successful ApplicantWe will consider candidates for the Industrial and Environmental Business Manager Role who meet the following requirements:Qualified in Mechanical engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 year's experience in operation of inspection activities and design, manufacture, inspection, operation and/or maintenance of the scope of activities.Experience within the Oil and Gas Industry is a mustExperience in Business development, Sales and StrategyFully Fluent in English & PortugueseWhat's on OfferThe Successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary and attractive benefits within a global company
