The administrative assistant/ marketing coordinator will work closely with the clinic coordinator within the Sal Rediscovery center team to establish Sal Rediscovery as a preferred referral partner with community programs, hospital, group practice, individual practices practitioners and to ultimately increase access to high-quality mental health and addiction services in and out of network behavioral health care.

The position focuses on extensive in-person and telephone outreach, community-based activities, site-based events, and other field marketing activities in the Los Angeles and orange county area in alignment with the strategic goals of Sal psychiatry services and sal rediscovery center.

From day one, this individual will independently conduct outreach campaigns to acquire, convert and retain patients and to increase awareness of Sal psychiatry Services and Sal Rediscovery Center to achieve measurable results. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in developing productive business relationships. The administrative assistant/ marketing coordinator must be organized, resourceful and able to consistently exhibit behavior and communication skills that demonstrate Sal psychiatry services and sal rediscovery center`s commitment to superior customer service.

Responsibilities Include

Planning, coordinating and participating in telephone, email and in-person outreach campaigns, clinical site tours, health fairs, community-based activities, site-based events, and other field marketing activities.

Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets; collect and document outreach touchpoints in the designated CRM system in a timely manner; support in the follow-up of leads whenever necessary.

Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across different channels.

Stay well informed about the healthcare industry in the Los Angeles and orange county market as well as Sal Psychiatry Services and Sal Rediscovery Center internal service changes to ensure accurate promotion to all key sources.

Synthesize and share feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform future marketing and outreach strategies.

Provide ongoing support to the business development team by assisting with collateral design, internal events, external events, and other ongoing initiatives.

Actively participate in team meetings, discussions, and planning activities.

Maintain social media.

· Maintain Marketing Budget

· Schedule meetings with existing clients

· Organize/coordinate calendars.

· Assist in networking efforts for Sal Rediscovery Services

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelors s degree in public health, social work, psychology, business marketing or related field or relevant experience

Experience in business development, partnerships and/or outreach

Experience working in health care organizations and existing, local relationships in the behavioral health industry are preferred.

Passion for mental health and substance abuse treatment and advancing Clear Recovery Center’s strategic mission.

Strong communication skills both written and verbal as well as attention to detail.

Must be a highly organized, resourceful with excellent time management skills.

Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to change.

Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and video conferencing

Excellent Communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skill
