We are seeking an Experience Gas STation Manager to Join our team! Candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of retail sales team.
• Manage overall day to day operations of the store, including hiring, reviewing, and employee scheduling.
• Set goals and follow up with the team to ensure those goals are met
• Train employees, handle payroll, and handle all banking and paperwork that it entails including Back Office and POS programs
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inventory checks
• Store managers work many different hours; they may work, days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Hire, train, and evaluate store personnel and promoting or terminating workers when appropriate
• Implement and enforce established daily operating procedures to ensure store is clean, stocked, organized, and well kept
• Complete daily paperwork and computer entry in a timely manner
• Show flexibility and eagerness to learn
• Work with upper management to achieve organizational goals
Required Work Experience:
• Minimum 1-2 years of management experience in retail store setting, preferably in convenience store and gas station
• Experience with POS systems, dealing with vendors, managing employees, making labor schedules, and customer service.
• Problem solving and creative thinking
