The Interactive Graphic Designer is responsible for development and production of visual and interactive assets that support the Lupoli Companies various business lines, mainly our real estate and hospitality divisions. The ideal candidate will have superior design skills, knowledge of modern and cutting-edge trends in marketing design, and interactive video/web experience. This position is on-site at our bustling Riverwalk Campus in Lawrence, MA. This is not a remote position.
Specific Responsibilities:
• Collaborates with Director of Marketing & Communications, as well as the Sr. VP of Real Estate to plan and execute projects.
• Designs brochures, print ads, social media graphics, email campaigns, booklets, menus, flyers and more.
• Updates floor plans and stacking charts.
• Designs interior and exterior signage.
• Designs packaging for retail food items, restaurant takeout materials and food labels.
• Develops brand guidelines and new brand concepts.
• Creates and edits videos for marketing.
• Involved in the technical and graphical development of websites, producing not only the look of the website or page, but understanding how visual design will impact usability.
Specific Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree and 4-6 years of experience.
• Superior knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) required.
• Previous experience in graphic design for real estate, restaurants and packaging is preferred.
• Understanding of signage and materials very helpful.
• Knowledge of building websites in SquareSpace and Wix.
• Must have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Must be able to work well under the pressure of tight deadlines and changing demands.
• Ability to design HTML emails helpful.
