Job description
We are looking for a Healthcare Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is someone who is a team player, an excellent communicator and has a high level of professionalism. The Healthcare Operations Manager will be responsible for assessing and evaluating patient needs, assessing the patient's state of mind and combining this with other factors to recommend the best course of action for the patient. This position requires a detailed understanding of the fields of psychiatry and addiction medicine, and the successful candidate will have prior experience working in healthcare setting. In this role, you will optimize the operational systems and processes of the company, maximizing efficiency and profitability while remaining compliant with all legal and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has an analytical mind, a deep understanding of business and financial principles, and a proven track record as an Operations Manager.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the pharmaceutical team.
Oversee all medical staff members.
Manage patient progress and communicate with physicians and insurers.
Respond to crisis situations and coordinate external resources as needed.
Be in compliance with all state and federal regulations.
Work with a team of medical professionals.
Oversee all operational aspects of the business
Create strategic and operational goals and objectives
Implement systems, processes, and procedures to increase efficiency and profitability
Oversee warehouse operations and inventory control
Ensure the organization is compliant with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements
Examine financial data and budgets and create financial forecasts
Set and monitor key performance indicators

Salary: $93,158.00 - $102,901.00 per year
