Premier Care Home in Spring Valley is looking for Care Partners to join our team. We are located Rainbow and Spring Mountain. Our ideal candidate is attentive, compassionate, motivated, and hard-working.
This position requires an experienced compassionate person to care for elderly residents, many of whom may have Alzheimer's and Dementia. Candidate's qualities must include integrity, honesty and willingness to work as a team. Must be able to regularly lift up to 80 pounds.
Position Summary:
Provides direct care for residents, includes provision of assistance with personal care and hygiene, social and recreational activities, hydration and meal preparation and service, distribution and management of medication, engage in daily activities, laundry and cleaning and other tasks as needed by resident. Exhibits a work philosophy that supports the dignity, privacy, independence, choice and individuality of each resident.
Preferred applicants will have current CPR/First Aid, two step TB test, physical, Medication Management Certificate is preferred but not required. Must be able to pass FBI background check with fingerprints.
