This Billing Specialist position will consist of reviewing bills, working with customers, and performing data entry into spreadsheets and accounting software. This is a contract position located on the east side of the Twin Cities.
Responsibilities:
- Review discrepancies on bills to resolve issues to release credit holds, reaching out to customers when needed
- Work closely with other functional teams to ensure data quality and consistency
- Review, evaluate, and process bills or invoices for services rendered; Apply checks
- Gauge billing documents and other data for accuracy and completeness, acquiring missing or correct data when necessary

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in billing/accounts receivable is REQUIRED
- Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
- Strong expertise in spreadsheets, internet applications and ERP systems
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in data entry
