What you'll be doing at Webhelp. As a Team Leader for the Mathem project, you will:. Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors. Closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the project. Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team. Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving- level performance Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. We'll be a great match if you: . Have a high level of Swedish (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2). Have at least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory). Are- depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPIs). Have good IT skills, especially in MS Excel. Have organizational,- management, and- making skills.
