Overview

Zoptiks is looking for local ambassadors to act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. They may assist with making sales, handling client complaints, recommending local marketing opportunities, collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall customer experience.

Examples of tasks may include:

– Serving as a physical point of contact for regional customers,

– Prospecting, demoing, and selling to local customers.

– Acting as a translator and liaison during local conferences or virtual conversations.

The ambassador position is the next step of a typical Zoptiks affiliate; applicants can participate in both programs simultaneously.

All ambassador positions are commission-based, remote, and have flexible working hours. Successful ambassadors typically commit a minimum of 5 hours per week.

Compensation

– 25% commission on new Zoptiks memberships sales from within your region with 15 commission on reoccurring revenue.

– No compensation limit.

Growth Potential

The ambassador position may convert into full-time employment dependent upon regional growth, workload, and other needs.

❓Frequently Asked Questions

1) What are the differences between a Zoptiks affiliate and an ambassador?

Affiliates do not earn reoccurring commissions, are capped at 20% per sale, and are primarily focused on direct-to-consumer marketing. Ambassadors have priority access to schools, receive support from the Zoptiks team, and can actively grow within the company.

2) How do I get paid? What about taxes?

Funds will be delivered via Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer, or PayPal. Zoptiks will issue a W9 or 1099-NEC dependent upon your classification.

3) What is the application process?

Step 1) Submit a resume/cv via the Zoptiks Scouts platform.

Step 2) After review, selected candidates will be asked to take a short AI-based skills test to determine traits and competencies. (<30 minutes)

Step 3) Candidates will be asked to meet virtually with a Zoptiks team member while we conduct background checks. (~30 minutes)

4) How committed do I have to be?

We encourage all applicants to support our missions of global education, wildlife conservation, and sustainability.

We also expect all applications to have tried the Zoptiks platform. You may use the code ‘Aloha’ to redeem your first field trip for free.

The ambassador position follows the state of Ohio’s right to work policy. If you believe the situation is not for you after onboarding, you are welcome to part ways.

As with any commission-based role, the more time, energy, and effort, you commit to growing Zoptiks, the greater the financial rewards.

5) Do I need a college degree?

No, a college degree is not required. Experience working in sales, marketing, or education is preferred.
