Responsibilities include patching and upgrades, system setup, system administration, monitoring, incident resolution, problem management, configuration/change management, security management and monitoring, cost management, capacity planning, availability management, and disaster recovery. This leadership role will also:Lead and grow a team of skilled CloudOps engineers who support the 24x7 operations of our cloud platformParticipate in and facilitate strategic and tactical improvementsIdentify opportunities for appropriate and cost-effective investment in staff and information systemsWork in partnership with business functions to build and execute a strategy and roadmap that will support sustainable growth.Ensure high (24x7) availability, performance, and security of our servicesWork closely with Information Security to ensure our services are secure and compliant with ISO and legal requirementsCollaborate with internal/external stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams at all levels, including R&D, Product Management, Finance, Services, and our Cloud Platform teamManage our suppliers/vendors to align their services with our goalsCreate and manage budgetsManage, prioritize, and escalate tickets based on urgency and complexityProvide regular updates to management including achievement of target metrics Profil recherché pour le poste : Director Of Cloud Operations (m/f/d) Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, information systems, computer science, a related field, or equivalent amount of professional experience5+ years’ experience working as manager level or above with demonstrated success in operating mission-critical software services5+ years of progressive experience in complex information systems.
