Manufacture seeking general office assistant to help with our office operations, this candidate must provide great customer service and manage various tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient with MS Excel, outlook and Power point
• Minimum 2 year of customer service experience
• prior warehouse experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Answer incoming calls
• Respond to customer Inquiries
• Data entry
• Process incoming PO
• Prepare packing list, shipping labels
• Pick and prepare product to ship
• Track inventory for multiple warehouse
• Update CRM
• General office upkeep, supplies and provisions procurement
