Regional DirectorTasks• Monitor the administrative, financial and accounting management of general and direct agencies.• Lead the technical management of general agents and agencies.• Carry out trade missions.• Contribute to the company's commercial strategy and define the annual action plans (promotion of products, market to invest,)• Development and monitoring of the realization of the turnover of the network covered by the CRGC.• portfolio monitoring and debt collection.• Monitor, control and/or decide on various policies: sales, marketing, finance, human resources.Profile• Excellent knowledge of his company's sector of activity as well as of the economy of the region in which he operates.• Organization and sense of analysis.• Education: BAC+05, master's degree in economics, statistics, planning, management.• Minimum professional experience: 6 to 8 years in the field.• Training on planning methods and tools, insurance and reinsurance techniques and tools.
