Your key job responsibilities as the Chief Medical Officer (French speaking) in Djelfa Algeria will include:
• Playing a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational success of our hospital projects
• Providing strategic direction and planning for the facility, aligning the budget and operational plan with the organization’s strategic goals
• Serving as the representative of all medical personnel at the hospital, offering expert advice on medical governance matters, policies, quality initiatives, and more
• Monitoring the development and financial operation of hospitals during and after the management takeover
• Overseeing the phased opening of the hospital, including recruitment and training programs, implementation of management systems, and public relations and marketing activities
• Assuming overall medical responsibility for the hospital’s operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services that meet international standards
• Collaborating with other healthcare and social service organizations to optimize patient care.
• Leading quality improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting patient safety
• Fostering a culture of learning and development, facilitating essential training, and promoting clinical research and publication
Requirements for this Chief Medical Officer (French speaking) job in Djelfa, Algeria:
• Classification into the rank of consultant in the field of medicine
• Previous chairmanship or C-Suite position
• Specialist certifications
• Minimum 10 years of managerial experience in a hospital setting
• Postgraduate qualifications and structured clinical training in a general or main specialty
• Prior health management experience or a relevant management degree is desirable
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and effective communication abilities
• Strong organizational skills, self-discipline, and the ability to work under pressure
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
