As the Chief Nursing Officer (French speaking), you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on patient care and outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for nursing and allied health services, ensuring they align with the facility’s mission and vision. Collaboration with the CEO is crucial to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
Your managerial and administrative skills will shine as you recruit and select nurses and allied health professionals who possess the knowledge and expertise needed to provide exceptional care. Continuous quality assessment and improvement will be at the forefront of your responsibilities, as you analyze patient care delivery and communicate with the executive team.

Your key job responsibilities as the Chief Nursing Officer (French speaking) in Djelfa, Algeria will include:
Managerial/Administration
• Develop strategic plans for nursing and allied health services, aligning them with the facility’s mission and vision
• Collaborate with the CEO to ensure the delivery of quality care
• Recruit and hire nurses and allied health professionals with the necessary expertise for providing exceptional care
• Conduct ongoing assessment and improvement analysis of patient care delivery and communicate with the executive team
• Foster collaborative relationships with senior nurse executives across organizations to advance nursing governance and leadership
Technical
• Promote evidence-based nursing practice through problem-solving and policy-forming conferences
• Coordinate closely with interrelated departments to ensure continuity and collaboration of services
• Participate in committees and projects related to nursing and allied health
• Contribute to organizational decision-making in line with facility standards and quality outcomes
• Experience in insurance billing and reimbursement is desired
Quality & Safety
• Mentor and coach nursing and allied health teams to strive for excellence in service and quality
• Ensure adherence to standards of practice, policies, and procedures for safe, quality patient care
• Possess in-depth knowledge of hospital procedures and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient care
Education
• Identify training needs and approve relevant in-service programs for continuous knowledge updates
• Promote professional staff development through clinical teaching, research, assessment, and orientation programs
Compliance Guidelines
• Comply with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Authorize the purchase of supplies and equipment within established guidelines
• Maintain confidentiality of patient/staff information
• Promote customer service standards and positive relationships with stakeholders
• Adhere to occupational health and safety, materials management, and maintenance standards
Requirements for this Chief Nursing Officer (French speaking) job in Djelfa, Algeria:
