Currently, we are looking for an expert in solution architecture. They will work closely with Operations and Business Development staff to identify client requirements, then build compelling solutions to those needs.. Through white papers, presentations, and proposal answers, these solutions will be made public. Program management activities, agency-wide operational support, support of scientific labs, and direct provider support all fall under the purview of this position, which necessitates leading and engaging teams of people with a variety of skill sets to develop comprehensive solutions across all of these different domains. The chosen applicant will be able to construct these solutions around key company demands and goals with full understanding of current industry trends.

Qualifications:
• Develop subjects for creative and novel R&D approaches to important machine-learning or artificial-intelligence difficulties, and collaborate with possible sponsors (customers or internal champions) to gain financing for new research activities based on such topics.
• Makes sure that these systems are compatible with and meet the IT architecture standards of the client. This includes putting in place specific solutions for public or private cloud platforms, integrating them with other systems, and making sure the external interfaces work.
• Lead groups of researchers, data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers through the design, development and integration, and evaluation stages of complex R&D projects.
• Ensures these systems are compatible and compliant with client IT architectural requirements, including installation of public or private cloud solutions, interaction with other systems, and external interfaces.
• Leading the creation of creative solutions to support significant capture operations, while balancing cost, time, function, quality, and other business issues Assist in the development of capture strategy, including the formulation and marketing of differentiated value propositions, via technical leadership.
• Working with functional and technical requirements, including software selection, I did business analysis and developed solutions.
• To demonstrate the organization's thought leadership skills, as well as assist different marketing and business development activities via customer contact, white papers, proposals, and briefings will be created.
• With business, enterprise, application, security, and infrastructure architects, lead the creation of conceptual and logical product solution requirements (people, process, technology, and information).
• When architects collaborate with other architects to support the product vision and adhere to solution and program increment plans, they may meet the cross-functional architectural demands.
• Design and execute creative solutions to clients' technical difficulties. Independently create and conduct new research, and cooperate with internal teams.
Skills:
• Extensive hands-on expertise (e.g., at least 5 years) in data modeling and data engineering, feature engineering, model lifecycle management, and cloud infrastructure; Supervised and unsupervised deep learning algorithms including convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and gated recurrent unit; working in data analysis, modeling, and visualization packages in TensorFlow, Kera, PyTorch, Caffe, and Theano; and developing or integrating analytics in programming languages like Python.
• Bachelor's degree and 12-15 years of previous relevant experience required, or Masters degree with 10-13 years of prior relevant experience required. Industry qualifications will be taken into account in addition to years of experience.
• The ability to drive technical planning and solutions for a software portfolio, including writing or supervising the creation of software designs, managing vendor assessments, and justifying technical recommendations.
• This function demands the ability to construct a wide range of solution types, such as integrating COTS software packages, SaaS or PaaS components, new system builds, legacy improvements, build vs. purchase evaluations, and more.
• 10+ years in IT, including 5 in software development or application design and 5 in solution architecture Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field, or comparable education and/or experience; Diploma or GED needed
