Assisting the Site Manager in the day-to-day supervision of the sanitation crew is one of the duties of the Assistant Site Manager, who is excluded from performing executive duties. Operational management comprises a variety of tasks (e.g. recruiting and hiring new team members; training them; scheduling their work; ensuring that the client facility is properly sterilized in accordance with government and/or customer standards; and so on).

Qualifications:
• Assess the performance of those workers who report to him or her in accordance with the performance standards specified in the job description and share the results of the assessment with them.
• Building visits, visitor sign-in procedures, and building activities, including crisis scenarios such building evacuations, lockdowns, and safety precautions.
• Among the various duties of direct reporting managers are those of coaching and inspiring their subordinates. It's their job to do everything from recruiting and hiring new employees to inspiring and evaluating their current ones.
• Be able to communicate and connect effectively with a wide range of individuals, especially those with differing personalities and temperaments.
• A detailed inventory of all the company's goods, supplies, equipment, and tools that an employee is accountable for must be kept by him or her.
• Makes sure that all internal corporate processes and policies, such as Technical Services, Human Resources, Accounting, IT, and general customer service, are followed.
• Assure that daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation items are addressed as directed by the Site Manager. Formalizes non-company supplier ties and aids with price and inventory discussions.
• Synchronization, injury management, attendance, and requests for a change of status are just some of the reports that must be delivered on time and precisely.
• Supports monitor employee licenses and certificates (including CPR certifications) and ensures new ones are acquired before old ones expire.
• Helps with the creation of employee schedules, the recording of hours worked by the whole staff, including any extra hours, and the monitoring of Schedule E hours. Maintains a watchful eye on employees' clocks and notifies the Site Manager of any instances in which early clock-ins or late clock-outs lead to unlawful overtime.
Skills:
• An undergraduate degree in a technical subject is needed. After successfully completing an associate degree in the applicable profession and two or four years of extra work experience, you may be able to avoid the requirement for a bachelor's degree altogether. Candidates should have at least five years of CH/MH-53E flying experience.
• Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment and operate in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 140°F is a must, as is the ability to use computers and technology.
• A strong leader who can establish a high-performance team via customer focus, open communication, and willingness to educate and provide criticism.
• In order to properly manage the production process of a large number of airplanes with extensive internal and external links, the individual in charge of the site has to be able to provide assistance and advise to the individuals in charge of the individual factories.
