The Scheduling Coordinator is in charge of the business office's activity coordination. Which may include registration and check-out, scheduling, the ability to undertake clinical tasks within the area of their expertise, as well as staff training and oversight of the aforementioned functions. Additionally, the Scheduling Coordinator should be prepared to assist with special tasks as asked by the Practice Manager and will keep the Practice Manager informed of daily office activities.

Qualifications:

• Use appropriate language when you get a phone call or an email, and don't be rude about it. To follow up on assignments, manage cancellations or inquiries, or reschedule services for clients are all outbound tasks for clients and interpreters.
• Work with operations and human resources to follow new recruits in the field, ensuring that future team members have sufficient visibility and documentation.
• must be able to make real-time crew schedule revisions in reaction to resource changes or changing business conditions throughout the day.
• Formalize manual assignments for field personnel to do duties like as traveling to working sites and responding to emergencies. You may also rent various pieces of equipment for teams to utilize when they are on the job site.
• under the guidance of the Manager, Scheduling, and the Lead Scheduler, conduct critical spot checks for other schedulers.
• Determine how modifications will influence the schedule and devise workarounds; examine essential routes and constraints; and determine the impact of changes on the timetable. This will assist you in determining how modifications will effect the timeline and in devising solutions for such adjustments.
• Obtains and makes accessible to the physician all essential information, such as office, OR, and PAT records; labs, blood tests, and imaging; and new patient letters.
