Qualifications:
• With the help of a broad range of strategic, programmatic, and tactical contributions, the overall goals of the organization may be achieved.
• Assist the associate/assistant vice president or director in charge with high-level administrative tasks. Managing and coordinating these responsibilities, as well as communicating with all parties involved in accordance with their individual needs and goals, fall to the executive assistant.
• having overall responsibility for the management of administrative tasks. Operational demands of Deputy Superintendent are predicted and anticipated in a proactive manner by this person.
• Join the administrative team and provide high-level administrative support to the office's efficient daily operations. Executive level back-up support is required, as well as routine administrative duties including receiving guests, cleaning conference rooms and assisting with other assigned tasks.
• On behalf of the Director, communicates via phone with other municipal departments and authorities, which may need addressing a range of queries with sensitivity and discretion.
• Create and maintain presentation materials, such as slide decks and talking points, and assist with event planning.
• Engage organically with other departments to ensure that everyone in the company is on the same page and communicating with one another.
• In order to improve efficiency, examine the needs of the workforce, operations, and patterns of production.
• Aide the SVP with things like writing and editing emails, making memos, and setting up meeting agendas, as well as other things.
• There should be as many meetings as possible so that the Deputy Superintendent and the Superintendent Office are kept up to date on any changes.

Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of office technology, including Microsoft products, virtual platforms, and room A/V systems, as well as a desire to acquire and master new technologies as required.
• Must have prior experience assessing employee and organizational performance, suggesting process changes as required, and implementing accepted recommendations.
• Increasingly responsible administrative and coordinating expertise gained while working in a director and/or executive office environment is required.
