Qualifications:
• Create a collaborative environment with strategists, creative teams, product designers and motion designers to guarantee that the creative vision is implemented successfully.
• Exhibit a willingness to take risks and a passion for design discovery. While working on a variety of projects, develop campaign concepts and ideas with the help of Creative Directors.
• Guarantee that the initiatives you lead go beyond their intended objectives, and uncover further possibilities inside the client's organization.
• You should have a distinct design point of view and a vision for the future, and you should be courageous in pursuing innovative design solutions and championing ambitious and boundary-pushing concepts.
• We need to preserve and enforce our brand rules (typefaces, materials, and color palettes) while we expand our current services and establish new ones.
• The designer oversees the whole process personally and actively to guarantee that the product is as good as it can be before any samples are manufactured.
• Assist in the development of creative and management strategies for our Design Team that will allow them to produce work that they will enjoy and be proud of, while also serving as a role model for other designers to aspire to.
• The goal is to make sure that the company's strategy and brand goals are met by working with partners from the Creative and Marketing departments, as well as other departments.
• Oversee and develop a collection of best-in-class, customer-centric visual assets for a variety of advertising, marketing, and product activities.
• You may help your clients and colleagues while also ensuring that your brand and consumers' demands are met. With our creative directors, strategists, project managers, and account representatives on your side, you'll have the opportunity to learn from each other.
Skills:
• The ability to skillfully blend font, color, and composition in order to satisfy branding and marketing objectives is clearly shown through a strong portfolio.
• Designs and visual solutions for digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and narrative are all represented in this collection.
• Adaptability and self-assurance are essential (from startups to corporations to schools and beyond). a quick learner who can step in when needed.
• A thorough knowledge of how creativity may be used to accomplish business goals while also adhering to and promoting brand standards for aesthetic and communication excellence.
• Successful design-led conceptual and campaign experience; shown success working on integrated projects that involve digital, social, and/or new media; ability to think creatively and strategically
