Qualifications:
• Implements data models and database designs, data access and table maintenance codes, and addresses database performance concerns, database capacity challenges, replication, and other distributed data problems.
• Helps enterprises build up big, distributed databases using Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL). App, data, and executive architecture are his work.
• Microsoft SQL Server may be used to set up database administration tasks including user management and storage management. Create and maintain system configuration requirements, training manuals, and other internal system documentation.
• Responsible for the administration, maintenance, development, and implementation of policies and processes designed to protect the confidentiality and authenticity of the company's database. Access to the database is optimized, and resources inside the database are allocated and re-allocated as needed to achieve the best possible configuration, performance, and cost.
• Maintains schemas, manages huge tables, and creates queries and tools to aid users. Upgrades and fixes are installed on previously created databases. Conducts examination of systems and finds and recommends solutions to technical issues
• Data conversion and upgrading support services. Having a team of project managers, business analysts, and developers on your side might help you avoid misunderstandings and keep your projects moving forward.
• Contains an examination and definitions of the technical standards applicable to database resources. Provides analysis and design for current and new systems.
• Manages the technical and operational aspects of a database. Installs, maintains, develops, and puts into place policies and procedures to make sure that the company's databases and large data warehouse database environments are secure, available, and haven't been tampered with.
• Implement physical database design, performance and tuning, and backup and recovery procedures to address database performance, capacity, replication, and other distributed data issues.
• A database management system (DBMS) must be able to handle the company's present and future demands, according to this analysis and definition. Analyzes the company's organizational structure and designs the logical database structure for current and future application development.
Skills:
• For this role, you should have anywhere from two to five years of experience designing and managing Microsoft SQL database systems. Both parties must have the same amount of education and work experience in their fields.
• The ability to successfully install a data dictionary and database system is required. Has a proven track record of working on credit union software projects that need a strong technical foundation in both software development and business operations.
• Your job revolves on providing excellent service to clients and taking ownership of the solutions you provide. a history of successfully meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks
• The candidate must have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience as a Database Administrator in projects and contracts of comparable scale, kind, and complexity. Five (5) years' experience in a relevant programming language, such as Java, C++ or C, Perl, JavaScript, UNIX, XML, and HTML.
• A course on file formats and design, information retrieval methods, file access controls, and the development and documentation of standards are all part of this training
