Health & Safety Manager

We are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our teamwork.

What you will be doing:
• Understand health and safety problems / opportunities and clearly communicate solutions to management, convince people to change their methods and beliefs through educating them, and then continue motivating individuals to continue their changed behavior.
• Keep health and safety up to brand standards, local regulations and international safety codes. Work with management to protect the health and safety of the property, guest and staff by ensuring that risks in the workplace are properly controlled.
• Facilitate the implementation of policies and procedures which help reduce risk and support a positive H&S culture.
• Support and work closely with the various internal departments, divisions, projects and supply chain in planning, reviewing and achieving H&S objectives and targets as well as promote continuous improvement and development throughout.

Your experience and skills include:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position, preferably in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
• Native Arabic language.
• Good in English level (Spoking & Written).
• Good professional proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Formal presentation skills.
• Ability to work in remote locations.
