Software sales (Technical):
Responsibilities:
– Actively seek out new sales opportunities, new Client acquisition& generate leads.
– Have good knowledge of programming languages and software techniques
– Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on software services.
– Drive a positive customer experience from prospecting to closing.
– Determining a client’s business requirements and whether the solution being considered is suitable.
– Decide whether the software needs adapting to meet the client’s needs.
– Negotiating and closing deals.
Requirements:
– 0 – 4 years of full sales cycle software experience
– Excellent verbal, written, presentation skills, capable to give demos independently
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as customer service skills.
– An understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
– Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.
– Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs. Relationship management skills and openness to a fee.
