Dsquares as one of the leading loyalty and rewards solutions' provider in MEA, working with many well-known clients such as Vodafone, Visa, Mastercard, Coca Cola, P&G, Exxon Mobil, Uber and many others is looking for a fully dedicated and hands-on experience technical talent acquisition specialist.

In this role, he/she will be mainly responsible for the whole hiring process of our technical roles. From job posting, sourcing, filtering, and interviewing. This candidate should be with a solid background of technical hiring, and aware of the diverse positions and requirements for such roles. He/she will be building a strong technical pipeline of candidates and will also support in multiple different projects of Employer Branding and Onboarding.

What you'll be expected to do?
• Communicate with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
• Write job descriptions related to the technical roles and make different job posts for those positions.
• Screen, and filter applicants for the roles, and set & conduct interviews.
• Following up with the hiring managers on the status of each candidate in the process.
• Update our ATS according to the status and stage of the candidates.
• Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.
• Support in multiple other projects that relates to our Employer branding.
• Support in the onboarding process, according to the assigned tasks.
• Participate in tech meetups and/or events to network with tech talents and professionals.
• Initiate different methods of attracting talents and building strong pipelines.
• Initiate different ideas to improve the hiring process if needed.
• Promote company’s profile as part of the employer branding through different initiatives and projects.
• 2+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.
• BSc in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or relevant degree.
• Technical expertise in understanding and explaining job requirements for technical roles.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS.
• Solid knowledge of different sourcing methods through multiple platforms.
• Employer branding and onboarding experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices
