Are you a highly motivated Marketing Specialist passionate about coordinating successful marketing initiatives? NAOS Talents is excited to offer you the opportunity to join a leading global car-renting company. In this role, you will manage and coordinate all daily marketing functions, support the company's marketing strategy, and lead day-to-day marketing activities.
As our Marketing Specialist, you will:
• Manage and increase engagement on all social media platforms, responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
• Develop and implement an annual marketing plan, track progress, and provide regular updates to the management team.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and events, including setting objectives, briefing agencies, overseeing all processes, and evaluating results.
• Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels, including product packaging, logos, and advertising techniques.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer surveys to inform marketing strategy.
• Coordinate with marketing agencies and the marketing team to ensure successful collaboration and completion of joint tasks.
• Prepare regular reports to summarize updates based on the marketing plan.
• Develop and implement a communication strategy to promote a positive image of the company through Public Relations (PR).
• Maintain strong relationships with potential leads and existing clients through effective Customer Relationship Management (CRM) techniques.
Education, Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-3 years of experience.
• University graduate, Marketing major.
• Detail-oriented.
• Confident, dynamic, and creative
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making.
• Working smoothly with tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Fluent in English & Arabic
• Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
Salary and Benefits:
- Gross Salary: 9,000LE – 13,000 EGP
- Bonus Scheme: 1 Month bonus based on evaluation – Paid quarterly
