Duties
• Identify and establish business opportunities within the region in line with the organizations strategic direction
• Deliver good financial and operational performance for all clients in your portfolio, including achieving revenue goals for current clients, gross margin goals, and providing clients with service that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Identify key clients and build sustainable relationships with these clients
• Identify local consultants and agents in countries of operation and build strategic alliances with them to facilitate the winning and implementation of projects.
• Driving the short- and long-term development and growth strategies (including potential growth and new or organic growth), which includes responsibilities for assisting in the negotiation of customer deals
• Provide guidance and support in the implementation of projects and achievement of financial targets, including the control of project debtors.
• Promote our client on your own initiative to all relevant and significant individuals, including but not limited to prospective customers, key business players, market analysts, governmental organizations, and public authorities.
• Provide guidance and support in marketing of our services
• Work to identify, track, bid and win projects.
• Achieve annual fees and contribution targets for the country and maintain country overheads within budget.
• Fulfil project roles on selected projects
• Establish country and regional strategies and business plans for operations in line with the organizations strategic plans.

Requirements
• Degree/ Masters in relevant courses
• 5 – 10 years’ work experience in a similar role
• International experience is an advantage
• Possessing senior level client side experience and having managed large scale, multi-site operations
• Business Management skills and sound commercial skills
• Have the ability to coach at senior level to create and develop high performance teams & deliver customer excellence
• Marketing and negotiation skills
• English (Essential)/ Other languages (Advantage
