LCRA has an opportunity as a Parks Customer Service Representative I, where you can be a part of a great organization and enjoy nature and the outdoors. As our Parks Customer Service Representative I, you will have the opportunity to join our team, working at parks in our Eastern District including McKinney Roughs and Lake Bastrop North and South Shore. Here you’ll have the opportunity to create amazing memories for guests and their families. This position will assist with customer service, reservations, cash collections & reconciliations, prepare deposits and facilitate recreational rentals. You will be trusted to:
• Providing outstanding customer service.
• Coordinate’s customer reservations from third party reservation centers.
• Greets and provides park information to customers.
• Facilitates rentals of a variety of watercraft and works with customers for facility and site rentals.
• Answers the park phone for specific location and the LCRA park line for all parks.
• Collects and counts cash deposited at parks in honor boxes.
• Maintains appropriate inventory levels within the retail store.
• Operating with integrity and a focus on safety
You qualify with:
• Zero or more years of experience in providing customer service and operation of an electronic Point-Of-Sale System, preferably in a park or hotel setting.
• Driver's license
You are a great fit with:
• Knowledge of deposit and statement reconciliation methods
• Skill in verbal and written communication
• Skill in calculating correct change for cash transactions
• Skill in providing customer service
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to build relationships and work in a team environment
• One of more years of experience in customer service.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $14.52 - $16.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Bastrop, TX 78602: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Point of Sale: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
• Driver's License (Preferred)
