The Berea College Art and Art History Department announces a full-time, one-year faculty position as Visiting Assistant Professor of Archaeology, beginning August 2023. The teaching load includes three courses each semester, including Introduction to Archaeology, Cultural Anthropology, and a capstone seminar. Topical courses based on the candidate’s areas of specialization are also possible. PhD by August 2023 and college teaching experience preferred, ABD considered.
