Trigyn has a contractual opportunity as Software Development Project Manager. This resource will be working at our client site in Mali.
Job Description:
• Proactively maintain and develop software testing tools
• Analyze and assess network infrastructure based on the industry-standard risk management framework
• Conduct vulnerability assessment and penetration testing of systems and applications, including web, mobile applications, and API security.
• Assess the technical design, architecture, security controls, and security risks for applications
• Create and modify scripts using Shell, PowerShell, and Python to automate the assessment of security controls.
• Able to perform Digital Forensics.
• Train software developers on secure application development.
• Proactively monitoring system performance and capacity planning.
• Manage, coordinate, and implement software upgrades, patches, and hotfixes on servers, cybersecurity tools, and applications.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of the unit.
Additional considerations/experiences
• Extensive knowledge of Operating system hardening, storage environments, file systems, VMware and network protocols.
• Expert in Shell, Perl, and/or Python scripting
• Hands-on experience in vulnerability assessment and penetration testing
• Knowledge of security standards such as NIST, SANS, OWASP
• Hands-on experience in Source code review
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Education:
First-level university degree preferably in Information Systems or relevant experience, Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or a related field. Cybersecurity certifications or training are required. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification is an advantage.
OR
High school diploma or equivalent with at least five years’ experience in cybersecurity. A certificate/training in cybersecurity or a related field is required. Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) certification is an advantage.
Language Requirements: Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
