Our Bangkok Office is recruiting an experienced professional Culinarian and leader for a 5 star luxury property and island paradise
POSITION: Executive Chef / Chef and B
LOCATION: Indian Ocean
CLIENT: A five-star luxury resort, a haven for relaxation and rejuvenation, member of The Leading Hotels of the World
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Our Client ideally seeks a talented Chef who is also able to lead the FOH operations
• Due to renovations, opening experience would be a major plus
• Ready to get involved in the refurbishment design and new menus
• Team player with the excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure
• Leader, mentor and trainer by active example
• Superior work ethic and excellent guest interaction skills
• Must possess effective oral & written communication skills
• Exec Chef prerequisites – food safety expert with regulatory certifications, computer literate, appropriate credentials....
