The Rank Group is growing rapidly within both our Venues and Digital businesses. We have most recently acquired Stride Gaming, which, together with our existing Digital business, forms Rank Interactive. We employ circa 8,000 people globally, with our UK office functions being located in Maidenhead (Head Office), Sheffield (Customer Solutions Hub), London (Digital) and a further office in Gibraltar, which is home to our existing Rank Digital function.

Job Purpose
The Junior Designer will work within our own brand products, being responsible for conceptualizing and producing miscellaneous online projects, mainly promo banners, emails templates and landing pages. You will work with the rest of the Design Department, some of the work will involve supporting them, however, you will need to be able to take design briefs directly and interact with our various department stakeholders seeing things through from start to finish.
Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities
• Conceptualise & produce animated flash/html5/gif banners and landing pages for our brand and affiliate sites;
• Produce and update brand email templates;
• Prepare and provide digital assets for our affiliate sites;
• Assist with the maintenance of our brand websites including updates, promotional creative assets and site banners;
• Ability to take direction and support more senior staff in the delivery of big projects;
• Working with project team members including project stakeholders and other Designers on a daily basis;
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the creative assets;
• Keep abreast of new technology and new applications;
• Any other responsibility required to effectively manage the retention and marketing activities for the network.
• Ability to deliver excellent results against challenging time deadlines;
• Ability to simultaneously manage a range of complex tasks;
• Proactive, enthusiastic and positive attitude combined with an open, honest, enthusiastic and resilient approach;
• Manage change and operate effectively in a fast moving and dynamic environment;
• A proven ability in task management, prioritising and the ability to take ownership of daily workload;
• A willingness to learn about all aspects of the gaming industry;

• Strong personal commitment to the delivery of excellent customer service;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills;
• Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills;
• Strong skills in typography, layout and design;
• Animation, HTML and CSS skills are a bonus.

Hours of Work:
• Monday to Friday , 08:00 - 17:00
Additional Information
We work on a hybrid model so we look at coming into the office around three times a week!
