GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2021 ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECTS
(1) INTRODUCTION:
The Management of Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the general public that the University is to undertake procurement of works and goods under years 2021 Zonal Intervention Projects:
(2) SCOPE OF PROJECTS
Procurement of Equipment for Physical Health Education Department
(3) ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Interested and eligible Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors are advised to lookout for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the project mentioned above in Federal Tenders Journal, National Dallies and Notice Boards.
(2) The Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(3) Note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to:
(i) Certificate of Registration/Incorporation with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
(ii) Evidence of current Tax Clearance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022;
(iii) Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022;
(iv) Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022;
(v) Evidence of current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2022;
(vi) A Sworn Affidavit disclosing;
(a) That the company is not in retainership, Insolvent or Bankrupt.
(b) That no Director of the Company has ever been convicted in any court in Nigeria or any other country for criminal offences relating to fraud or financial impropriety
(c) Whether or not any officer of the relevant committees of the Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun or the Bureau of Public Procurement is a former or present Director, shareholder or has any pecuniary interest in the bidder.
(d) That information presented in its bid are true and correct in all particulars”;
(vi) Evidence of Interim Registration Report (IRR) Report expiring on 31st December, 2022 or valid Certificate issued by BPP.
(vii) Verifiable documentary evidence of at least three (3) similar jobs in the last five (5) years including Letter of Awards, Valuation Certificates and Job Completion Certificate;
(viii) Company Profile with Curriculum Vitae (C.V.) of professional staff to be deployed for the project including copies of their professional qualifications;
(ix) Reference Letter from reputable commercial bank indicating willingness to provide credit facility for the execution of the project when needed.
(x) Interested bidders must have Minimum annual turnover of N20million.
(5) PLEASE NOTE:
Osun State College of Education, Ila-Orangun reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding this procurement without incurring any liability to the bidder.
