GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2016 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION 01SZY/2016
(1) INTRODUCTION:
Abia Stale Polytechnic Aba, hereby issues this General Procurement Notice (GPN) to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the General Public that is would undertake the procurement of Works and Goods in the year 2016 TETFUND Zonal Intervention 01SZY/2016 Annual Intervention project in the following areas:
(A) POLY/ABIA/TETF/ZN/16/01 -(Procurement) Supply, installation, training and commissioning of the following:

(viii) 5Nr HP Pavilion 23.8′ Screen All-in one intel core 15/1tb/12GB/6th Generation Intel core 15-6400t Processor Computers.
(ix) 1Nr South Echo Sounder SDE 28S with Accessories. (VAT inclusive)
(B) POLY/ABIA/TETF/ZN/16/02 – (Procurement) Supply, installation, training and commissioning of the following:
(i) 10Nr Blue gate 650KA UPS
(ii) 20 Nr VCI Desktop Prodesk 600 G3-Intel i7-7700, 6GB, 480 SSD, windows 10 Pro 64-bit, HP Pavilion Desktop computers
(iii) 14N r projector/projector screen
(iv) 20 Nr Power Dulux stabilizer 5000 watts
(v) 10Nr HPlaser jet Pro 1102W printers
(vi) 10Nr HP A3 scanners
(vii) 18Nr Manual white boards 82 inches
(viii) 5Nr Photocopier
(ix) 2Nr Modern Laboratory/Studio Chairs
(x) 2Nr Light Tables
(xi) 125Nr Purpose made 1200x900x900mm metal table design for Laboratory Studio Tables
(xii) 8Nr leather Executive Office Swivel Chairs, (VAT Inclusive)
(A) POLY/ABIA/TETF/ZN/16/03 (Procurement) Supply, installation, training and commissioning of the following:
(i) 1Nr Automatic Digital Egg Incubator
(ii) 1Nr BIOBASE Industrial Vacuum Oven (hot-air oven,)
(iii) 1 Nr stainless steel Autoclave sterilizer
(iv) 1Nr Spectrometer
(v) 1Nr BIOBASE gas Chromatography complete with TCD, FID Detectors BK-GC112A
(vi) 1Nr high resolution Spectrometer 360 to 800mmspectral Range

(2) Interested eligible bidders are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notices (SPN) for various projects and goods mentioned above in the National Dailies and Notice Board depending on the threshold of each project.

(b) Please note that the bid documents would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to registration with Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Value Added Tax (VAT), Company Income Tax (CIT), Pension Commission (PENCOM) and Industrial Training Fund (ITF). Submitted documents may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(4) Abia State Polytechnic Aba, also reserves the right to invoke the provisions of Section 28 of the Public Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding to these procurements without incurring any Liability to the bidder.
