GENERAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE (GPN) FOR YEAR 2018 TETFUND ZONAL INTERVENTION PROJECT
(1.0) INTRODUCTION
(2.1) The Management of Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa hereby issues the General Procurement Notice to inform eligible Contractors, Suppliers, Vendors and the general public that the College is to undertake procurement of goods under Year 2018 (TETFund) Zonal Intervention Project in the following area:
(2.0) SCOPE OF WORK
(2.1) Procurement and installation of various types of equipment and furniture.
(3.0) Interested and eligible Contractors, suppliers and Vendors are advised to look out for the Specific Procurement Notice (SPN) for the project in the National Dailies, Federal Tenders Journals and Notice Boards depending on the threshold of the project.
(4.0) This Advertisement is NOT an invitation to tender.
(5.0) Note that the bid document would be evaluated on responsiveness to criteria including but not limited to;
Evidence of Certificate of Incorporation with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) including Forms CAC2 and CAC7;
Evidence of company Income’s Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three (3) years valid till 31st December, 2019.
Evidence of current Pension Compliance Certificate. (PENCOM) valid till 31st December, 2019;
Evidence of current Industrial Training Fund (ITF) Compliance Certificate, valid till 31st December, 2019;
Evidence of Current Nigeria Social Insurance Trust Fund (NSITF) Compliance Certificate valid till 31st December, 2019;
Evidence of Registration on the National Database of Federal Contractors, Consultant and Services Providers by submission of Interim Registration Report (IRR) expiring on 31/1/2020 or valid certificate issued by BPP;
Company’s Audited Accounts for the last three (3)years; 2016, 2017 and 2018;
Documents submitted may be subjected to due diligence without recourse to bidders.
(6.0) Cross River State College of Education, Akamkpa reserves the right to invoke the provision of Section 28 of the Procurement Act (PPA) 2007 on matters regarding these procurement without incurring any liability to bidders.
